We are looking for a highly motivated and creative Paid Media Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising strategies across multiple digital platforms to increase visibility for our clients’ brands, generate qualified leads, and improve return on investment (ROI). We are seeking someone who not only masters classic paid media channels like Google Ads and Meta Ads but can also bring innovative ideas about alternative channels for digital advertising investment and effectively reach our audience.

Our mission is to drive the evolution and prosperity of financial services, B2B, corporate, and non-profit organizations. We achieve this by harnessing the power of research and craftsmanship to create refined brand identities, websites, messaging, campaigns, and marketing materials.

Responsibilities

· Develop and execute digital advertising strategies on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, as well as explore and test new emerging channels.

· Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation to optimize campaigns across all channels.

· Identify and evaluate opportunities in alternative paid media channels, such as podcasts, streaming platforms, specialized websites, among others.

· Collaborate with other teams to explore and leverage new digital advertising opportunities outside of traditional channels.

· Monitor and analyze key performance metrics across all channels, adapting strategies as needed to improve results.

· Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising and continuously explore new opportunities in the evolving media landscape.

Requirements

· Demonstrable experience in managing paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms, with an emphasis on exploring alternative channels.

· Deep knowledge of tools like Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Twitter Ads Manager, as well as experience in evaluating and adopting new platforms.

· Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make decisions across all paid media channels.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.

· Certifications in Google Ads and other digital advertising platforms are a plus.

Compensation

This is a 100% on-site position. Our offices are located near of Quinta de Olivos, and we offer spacious and comfortable spaces. Additionally, there is a kitchen available for breakfast, a dining room, a rest area, and all services.
