In Space Plus, we are looking for a Key Account Manager (KAM). This position will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with an organization’s most significant B2B clients. This role ensures client satisfaction, fosters long-term partnerships, and drives business growth by aligning company offerings with client needs.

It will also be responsible for communication with current clients, achieving market expansion goals and sales goals.

Responsibilities
What will be your responsibilities in this role?
  • Market Research & Analysis: Investigate and analyze target customers, user behavior, channels, and competitors to identify opportunities.
  • Strategic Planning: Understand solutions, products, and business models to refine strategies based on market trends and feedback.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities with existing clients, negotiate contracts, and ensure the delivery of tailored solutions.
  • Client Management: Maintain strong relationships, drive growth, optimize strategies, and improve client retention.
  • Partnerships & Alliances: Build and strengthen relationships with key partners and clients for long-term business growth.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align efforts and deliver customized solutions.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Analyze key metrics and generate reports to assess performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve conflicts effectively to maintain trust and ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor degree or above, computer software, marketing related majors (preferably)
  • English/Spanish/Portuguese communication skills (listening, speaking, reading and writing)
  • Good customer relationships and excellent business negotiation skills. Pan excution ability
  • Integrity, work initiatives, and teamwork spirit.
  • Basic understanding of market analysis and Internet software (SaaS). Experience in brand promotion and online sales (preferably in streaming platforms)
  • Familiarity with B2B sales strategies for cross-border e-commerce platforms. Prior experience in sales management or event planning (2+ years) is highly valued.
